Welcome to the Metropolitan Bible Church (affectionately called, "the MET"), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

For over 75 years, it has been our aim to faithfully and effectively teach God's Word in our Sunday worship gatherings, as well as in the many child, youth, young adult and adult ministries of our church. I hope you find our web site helpful as you investigate the variety of opportunities available for worship and connecting with others. Our Mission is to "Train Ambassadors for Christ" with a Vision of "Extending God's Dominion" through the proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ. If you are visiting, or living in the Ottawa area, we would love to have you come and join us for our worship services.

The MET is a growing church of 2000 people. We have looked to the Lord for increased ministry space with a relocation project that saw us move from our downtown location to a large property in the south of Ottawa (Prince of Wales and Hunt Club). Our motto for this undertaking has been "More Than A Building" as we ask God for greater opportunities to serve people with the love of Christ.
