This ministry will help you discover the way God has designed you for His glory: your spiritual gifts, your passion and your personal style.

It is offered as a one-day seminar or as a six-week course in a variety of settings throughout the year. Through the live and video teaching of MET leaders, small group interaction and the help of a workbook and other tools, you will have the opportunity to learn how God has uniquely gifted you for the service that is a natural and vital part of the life of every growing Christian.

It will introduce you to ministry opportunities at the MET, in our community, and in a cross-cultural setting. A personal ministry consultation is offered as part of the course.
