  Through this program strict guidelines are established and enforced to protect children and youth from abuse in the Church, to protect ministry workers as they serve, and to screen and train workers.

• Child Dedication Request Form (PDF)
  Child dedication (not baptism) is an opportunity for parents to present themselves and their young child to the Lord in public prayer.
• Library Card Application (PDF)
  Interested signing out books and resources from our library? Simply complete this application, and return it to the Library to get a MET Library Card.
• Marriage Application Package (PDF)
  This file includes our Marriage Policy and offers some information about procedure, bookings and fees.
• Baptism Course Manual (PDF)
  If you have accepted Christ as your personal Saviour, we believe the next step is Baptism by immersion. Going under and coming out of the water is a symbol of your union with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. This course offers an in-depth look at what Baptism is. Classes are offered at various times throughout the year. Contact Pastor Daniel for information.

• Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD) Agreement (PDF)
  This allows for a specific dollar amount to be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account, on a recurring basis. Please fill in and return this form to The MET, to the attention of the 'Envelope Secretary.'
• Facility Reservation Form and Use Agreement (PDF)
  The facilities at the MET are available to the ministries of this church, and its members for use on a priority basis.
