Baptism

If you have accepted Christ as your personal Saviour, we believe the next step in your journey is Baptism. At The MET, we offer Baptism by immersion. This means going under and coming out of water as a symbol of your union with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. Believers are also asked to share a short testimony about their path to becoming a Christian.

At various times throughout the year we offer a Baptism class, providing an in-depth look at what Baptism is (Baptism Course Manual - PDF). Once you have completed the class, you may choose to declare your faith through Baptism during one of our scheduled Sunday evening Baptism services. You are encouraged to invite family and friends to experience and celebrate this moment with you.
