Free Shuttle Bus to Sunday Worship Services

Are you looking for a ride to The MET this Sunday? We have arranged for a free shuttle every Sunday morning throughout the year. Below are the details and times for pick up. We have plenty of space and we only ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your stop so as not to miss the shuttle!

To arrive in time for the 9:00 am class or worship service:

  • 8:15 am - Shuttle departs from University of Ottawa University (Lamoureux Building)
  • 8:20 am - Shuttle picks up passengers at Gladstone Avenue and Bank Street (NW corner)
  • 8:25 am - Shuttle stops at Bronson Avenue and Fifth Avenue
  • 8:30 am - Final stop before heading to church at Carleton University (Rez Commons)

To arrive in time for the 11:00 am class or worship service:

  • 10:40 am - Shuttle picks up passengers and departs from the South Keys/Greenboro Station

Return trip leaves the church at two different times:

  • 10-:30 am - Shuttle leaves church for the South Keys/Greenboro Station
  • 12:45 pm - Final departure from the church for Carleton University (Rez Commons) and the University of Ottawa (Lamoureux Building)

  • Get off at station HURDMAN.

  • Get off at stop MacFARLANE / DEAKIN.

From Kanata

  • From HAZELDEAN MALL take bus 118, direction HURDMAN.
  • Get off at station HURDMAN.
  • Take bus 97, direction GREENBORO.

  • Take bus 116, direction BASELINE.
  • Get off at stop MacFARLANE / DEAKIN.

From Downtown

  • From BANK STREET take bus 1, direction SOUTH KEYS. From Carleton University take the O-TRAIN, direction GREENBORO.

From Nepean

Parking

The MET is pleased to provide ample free parking at our church. You may access our parking lot from a number of entrances off of Prince of Wales Drive, Deakin Street, and Auriga Drive.

For additional parking, we have several overflow lots that can be used on Sunday mornings which are also free. They are located at:

  • Hunt Club Business Park, on MacFarlane Road, off Deakin Street.
  • Parking Lot located directly at the end of Deakin Street, on Auriga Drive.
