TIM AULD, Executive PastorTim Auld has served as the Executive Pastor for The MET since September 2011. Prior to this position, he served as Executive Pastor at Grace Church and Lititz Christian School near Lancaster, PA. Tim has a heart for missions and has completed a life-changing missions trip to the Central African Republic. His personal mission statement is "to see people at various points in their spiritual journey transformed through the person, work and message of Jesus Christ by equipping and encouraging them to pursue Him with excellence as they spend a lifetime growing into faithful and reproducing disciples." He earned his B.Sc. in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University and his Masters of Theological Studies from Heritage Theological Seminary. Tim has been married to his wife Susan since 1994, and they have two children, Joshua and Emma. |

RANDY JOST, Associate PastorWorship and Men's MinistriesRandy Jost grew up attending The MET and experienced its many vibrant programs first-hand. In 1979, he earned a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Briercrest Bible College. He and his family left Ottawa as he undertook pastoral roles at Faith Gospel Church in Kelowna, British Columbia and Oxford Baptist Church in Woodstock, Ontario. Randy and his family returned home to The MET to join the pastoral team in 1990. Randy has a heart for God and a passion for worship music. Whether it is the soothing strain of a timeless hymn or the fresh sound from a new Christian artist, Randy’s love of music uplifts and encourages The MET’s church family. He and his wife Evelyn have 4 grown children. |

DANIEL WINTER, Associate PastorCongregational Care and Community LifeDaniel Winter became a member of The MET pastoral staff in September 2003. Previously, he and his family were living in the Greater Toronto Area where he was the youth pastor at Bayfair Baptist Church for ten years. Daniel graduated from London Baptist Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology in the counseling and pastoral programs. In 2010, he completed his Masters of Theology at Heritage Seminary. As Congregational Care Pastor, Daniel oversees the care of those attending The MET by managing the Deacons and organizing in-home and hospital visitation, benevolent dispersements and counseling. Community Life encompasses Small Groups and Community Outreach to which he gives leadership. Daniel loves teaching God's Word and has a love for personal evangelism. Daniel has been married to his wife Wendy since 1992 and they have two growing boys, Joshua and Matthew, and a daughter, Rebecca. |

ANNE McGREGOR, DirectorOperations and Women's MinistriesAnne McGregor has called The MET her home church most of her life. She attributes her growth in her relationship with Christ through the teaching and examples of many godly pastors and lay ministry workers whom she has met at The MET. After graduating from the University of Toronto, and a successful career in public health and health administration, Anne joined the ministry staff at The MET in 1997. Anne's passion is to enable Christians to discover and use their God-given gifts to become holy, devoted followers of our Lord Jesus Christ and impact their world and their generation. Anne has four grown sons and six grandchildren who are the light of her life. |

JEFF SCOTT, PastorYoung Adults and Adult EducationAfter interning at The MET with youth and young adults for two years, Jeff joined the pastoral team initially as the Pastor of Young Adults. He now also oversees Adult Education. Jeff has a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Heritage College and is currently working on his Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. He and his wife, Ruth, have a real passion for strong and relevant teaching of God’s Word. They love seeing the hearts and minds of young people begin and grow in Jesus Christ while becoming contagious disciples and witnesses for Him in their world. Jeff and Ruth both grew up in Ottawa and enjoy camping, biking, and Starbucks coffee. They have two young children Gabriel and Joel. |

JOEY MOLLOY, PastorStudent MinistriesSince 2002, Joey Molloy has been leading The MET’s Youth Ministry (METYouth) with heart-felt enthusiasm. Joey has a passion for ministering to teenagers and has done so for more than 15 years. He has a strong understanding of the unique challenges facing today’s adolescents and has dedicated himself to supporting the needs of youth and their families. Prior to his return to Ottawa, he was in Sault Ste Marie for five years. A graduate of Briercrest Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry, Joey was ordained in 1999. He has completed his Masters of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry. Joey is married to Sheryl and they have two vibrant young boys, Samuel and Liam. |

MARK HAUCH, PastorJunior HighAfter arriving at The MET in 2007, Mark Hauch continued to live out his calling in sharing the love of Christ with young people. Mark has a Bachelor of Religious Education in Youth Ministry from Tyndale University College and Seminary and is now working on his Masters of Divinity in Counseling. Mark finds great joy in communicating the love and truth of Christ while finding ways to be involved in camps and ministry programs. His heart is to see young people grow and mature into followers who are proactive in their faith and live their lives in a manner that depicts the very walk of our Saviour. Mark and his wife Jennifer were married in May 2011, they enjoy sports, camping, mountain-biking and relaxing at ‘the cottage.’ |

RON RUDD, PastorFamily and Children's MinistriesRon Rudd joined The MET pastoral staff in July 2000. Previously, he and his family lived in California, where Ron had been Pastor of Children and Family Ministries at Berean Bible Fellowship Church in Atascadero. Ron has been involved in small group ministries for more than thirty years and desires to help people become established and grow in their faith. He loves children and ministering to them, and has a passion to see children become disciples of Jesus. It is his wish that the children who attend The MET will help to make an impact on the world in which we live. Ron has been married to Ann for over 30 years and they have 10 wonderful children, and one grandson. |

BRIAN MITTON, PastorMissions and OutreachBrian Mitton joined The MET's pastoral staff in September 2011. Previously, he spent the first 14 years of his life on the island of Guadeloupe. After sensing a genuine call to missions Brian attended Briercrest Bible College from 1982-1985 and then from 1987-1988 as a married student, obtaining a Bachelor of Theology and Biblical Studies. Brian and his wife Kim spent 18 years in Benin, West Africa (1990-2008), where he served with SIM in the area of leadership training and discipleship. From 2008-2011 Brian and Kim served with SIM in Montreal, Quebec as church facilitators. |

JASON McNABB, Assistant PastorWorshipAfter serving the church as a worship leader and musician for over 11 years as a lay volunteer, Jason McNabb left a career in sales and management in response to a call to full-time church ministry in the area of worship arts. Prior to joining The MET team, Jason served as a worship director/pastor in churches in Lethbridge, AB and Caronport, SK. Having been gifted and called to the worship ministry in the local church, Jason is passionate about leading people in Christ-centred, God-focused congregational worship which is enlivened by the Holy Spirit, biblically founded and theologically informed. After graduating with a Master of Divinity from Briercrest Seminary in Worship Studies (Spring 2011), he, along with his wife Cheri and their two daughters, Sarah and Emily, moved to Ottawa. |

JIM DODS, CoordinatorBible College ProgramJim and his wife, Joyce, have attended The MET since the early 1990s and Jim joined The MET staff as the Bible College Coordinator in early 2011. He has a passion for studying the Word of God and for its proclamation to both non-Christians and Christians. He has a special interest in the application of the Scriptures to counseling situations. He was formerly a high school teacher and adult school administrator. Jim and Joyce and their family spent three years on the mission fields of Malaysia and the Philippines as church planters. His enthusiasm for the foreign mission work continues to the present. Jim was the co-founder and former executive director of New Connections Ministries. He is a graduate of Ottawa Teacher's College, Queens University and the University of Calgary. He has done theological studies at Luther Rice University and is presently doing graduate work at Trinity College of the Bible. Jim and Joyce have four grown children and five grandchildren. |

WES FRIEDRICH, Choir DirectorWes has directed The MET Adult Choir since 1992. Wes has a Bachelors degree in Music and Education from Queens University, as well as a degree in Church Music from Moody Bible Institute. For more than twenty years, he has taught music in the public high school system. It is his passion to guide people in worshipping the Lord through music. Wes has been married to his wife Sheila since 1988 and they have one grown son. |
