2013 Capital Campaign

We had over 100 people respond to our invitation to participate in our 2013 Capital Campaign. To find out more about Phase IIA and Reproducing Church, please complete the Response Card . You will be invited as our guests to an information dinner on May 31. Childcare will be provided for those six years and under . Questions? Please visit us at the Elementary Check-In Desk in the Lobby after each service.

Global Day of Prayer

Sunday, May 19 ● 2:30 - 4:30 pm ● Parliament Hill ● You’re invited to join as we worship God together and pray for Canada and the nations in French, English and many other languages. Lawn chairs are permitted. In the event of rain, the event will take place at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (Kent and Wellington).

Spring into Summer - Bible Study for Women

Wednesday, May 22 ● 9:00 am ● Fireside Room ● Join a new Bible study for women called Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed.  This study will feature Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore and Kay Arthur and will run for six weeks. The Christos Story (From Adam to Jesus)

Saturday, June 8 ● Bronson Centre ● 4:00 pm (Arabic) ● 7:00 pm (English) ● Christos is a professional live stage production of the story of the Bible from Creation to the Resurrection, ending with the message of God’s love and salvation. Admission is free, seating is limited. Complimentary tickets are available at the Welcome Centre and the Missions Kiosk.

Short-term Missions Opportunity

Would you like to volunteer with MET Missionaries Mark and Ruth Anna Dana at Rapid Lake, Quebec? Help with a one week camp with First Nation's families from July 7 - 12. Deadline for applying is May 26. Contact jblier2@sympatico.ca for information.

Photographs Needed

The MET Archives needs copies of any photographs you may have of Pastor Reed's farewell. Do you have photos of the Reeds on the platform, the line-ups of people waiting to say good-bye, the farewell dinner with the other pastors, or other photos? Please send these photos to library@metbiblechurch.ca or drop them off in person in the Library. The Library will return your photos to you. Thank you for your help.
