Care
METCare strives to serve the church family and community with spiritual care and resources to help in the many different seasons of life.
Community Groups
Community Groups are small groups of people living in the same region who meet together regularly to delve into the Word of God, pray together, share meals, serve one another, and reach out in love to their neighbours. We desire to see groups that transform their neighbourhoods in a way that connects members to Christ and to each other.
Men
We believe it is vital for men to be strong in faith, character and purpose. What are you doing to grow your impact as a husband, father, employee or professional? Men cannot fight the battle of life alone. We need to sharpen one another, challenge one another, encourage and pray for one another. The Met has a number of opportunities for men to take the next step in their spiritual journey.
Women
At METWomen, we strive to engage, establish and equip women for the different seasons and needs in life. We offer a variety of opportunities throughout the year to connect with other women including our flagship programs on Wednesday mornings and evenings. Sometimes throughout the year, we organize other events as well. Women thrive when they are walking through life together, encouraging one another in their faith. METWomen is the perfect place to grow in community and explore the truth of the Bible.
Kids
In our vibrant and active children’s ministry, we partner with parents and families in order to help raise kids to experience their ultimate joy of being faithful followers of Jesus, wherever they go.
Youth
We recognize the importance of equipping Christ-following youth to be the next generation of leaders. Junior High (Gr.6-8) and Senior High (Gr. 9-12) students meet weekly, Tuesday evening from 6:30pm-9:30pm on their journey towards spiritual maturity through intentional community and radical discipleship.
Young Adults
METYA is all about providing an opportunity for adults ages 18-25 to encounter the love of Christ through engaging music, intentional community, bible study, and outreach. METYA is designed to serve the young adult community by connecting college and university students as well as young career professionals and providing a place where tough questions can be asked and explored.
25-35
MET25-35 is a place for those in the 25-35 age range who are looking for an intentional community to be encouraged, learn, and grow in fellowship with God and one another. Our hope is to help you connect with others in your season of life and the other ministries here at The Met in order to equip you as a disciple and disciple-maker. We would love for you to join us!
Seniors
We believe that no matter what age and stage of life you are in, there is always a need for community and intentional time in the Word with one another. We are eager to welcome you to join us twice a month on Thursdays at 9:30AM for a time of praise, preaching and the opportunity to connect with other seniors.
