Pastor of Community Life
The Pastor of Community Life works closely with the Pastoral Executive Team to oversee and implement a discipleship-centric network of community groups. The incumbent oversees the curricula and leadership of the Met community groups and adult education programs. Under the direction of the Pastoral Executive Team (PET) The Pastor of Community Life will be part of the ministry team developing a culture of discipleship throughout Met ministries – in particular, the encouragement of one-to-one discipleship. Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach
The Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach provides overall direction and implementation of a Bible-driven, gospel-centered evangelism ministry through The MET to the marketplace. He provides leadership and oversight of the development of personal and corporate evangelism in a culturally relevant and engaging manner. He provides oversight and direction to the local outreach ministry initiatives. The Pastor demonstrates flexibility to lead other ministry areas as well.

Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective oversight of day-to-day administration duties for The Met. They are responsible for keeping the church office running smoothly, maintaining supplies and records, and overseeing the administrative support team. They manage the external contracts for office equipment and ensure regulatory compliance for health and safety and human resource matters. They ensure compliance for the Plan to Protect commitment. Custodian (20hrs/week)
We are looking for a part-time custodian, with flexibility and adaptability and a heart to serve. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, room set-ups for regular weekly programs, basic repairs (including painting), and assisting with big event set-up and clean-up. This person is proactive, observant, respectful, motivated, and committed to providing church members, visitors, and staff with a clean, orderly place to worship and congregate. METKids Summer Students
- Responsible for leading a small group of campers, leading discussions on the daily teaching and spiritual truths, assist children with the memorization of scripture
- Dynamic, fast pasted environment where creativity, flexibility and a willingness to grow is essential
- Comfortable engaging with children of various ages and spiritual development and finding ways to assist them in their spiritual walk whatever stage they are at
- Assist with recruitment and direction of camp volunteers
- Collaborate with Camp Lead to assist with Vacation Bible Camp, after-camp program and METKids summer camps through data entry, registrations, set-up and tear down, providing leadership as required, and following up with campers;
- Collaborate with Met staff to prepare material for the 2023-2024 METKids ministry year including preparing teaching and student materials and promotion.
- Participate in the Timothy Trust Summer school course
- 37.5 hours per week, June 1st – August 18th, 2023
